The app and training are offered free of charge as part of a scientific study at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and the Tabor University of Applied Sciences. With the thank you app you train positive experiences in everyday life better and to get in balance. A good way to promote well -being, win confidence and learn serenity.

The thanks app offers you:

- gratitude diary

- Write down and photograph pleasant experiences

- Photo gallery of positive moments

- Instructions for the daily meditative day review

- Memories and notifications for attention training

- Fantasis trip: Experience gratitude with all your senses

- Tracking of well -being in the morning and evening, worries/pondering, sleep quality

- Graphs allow their own progress to be observed
